Creating a quota

You can use the Add Quota wizard to create a new quota and apply it to a specific volume or qtree. Quotas provide a way to restrict or track the disk space and number of files used by a user, group, or qtree.

Steps

1.	From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.

2.	Click Storage > Quotas.

3.	If the appropriate tab is not displayed, click Quotas.

4.	Click Create to start the Add Quota wizard.

5.	Type or select information as requested by the wizard.

6.	Verify that the quota you created is included in the list of quotas in the Quotas window.
